My Style: FLATS PLEASE! Spring Festival Style with DSW

You know, as the weather warms up and the flowers start to bloom, so do the music festivals! But, when it comes to finding something comfy and cute to wear, I always beeline for comfort FIRST when it comes to my feet with festivals and concerts- DO NOT PLAY. SO when DSW asked me to put together my ideal looks for a few of the current and upcoming festivals, I immediately went to their flat options!

Let me ask you first, when was the last time you have been to a DSW? Seriously, there are all kinds of gems in there in addition to shoes (I scored my clutch to FFFWeek last year from here!) And their clearance section? A girl could lose her mind, focus Marie- festivals.

As I said, with all of that walking? Flats are a must- I DO NOT CARE. Also, the clothes must be able to breathe on their own and NOT stick to me. I cannot be fussing with clothes and how my feet feel- nope. I won’t do it. Anywho… I found this Mix No. 6 Avesa Striped Flat Sandal and immediately, I thought of all of the options here. Add to the fact that this brown was like a nude to me option? I dug it and made them mine!

Now, depending on the mood I am in, I have two options to play with here… I can go Boho Luxe in this Evans two piece royal blue number or I can go laid back Cali girl in this City Chic option. Hrmmm. Decisions here and I am in love with both and because I can easily create these two outfits from the shoes, then I know that these flats are about to get all of its workout this spring and summer season- I mean… I cannot always rock a flip flop, so this shoe gives me a fancier option!

See how I made it work? Which look speaks to you the most? I do find myself leaning more towards the crop top set from Evans though and with the flats, it makes for the perfect dressed up, yet laid back, but I am feeling fabulous and having an amazing time- type of vibe… right? Right.
